On Nov. 13, the Jewish Women’s Foundation of Metropolitan Detroit’s (JWF) annual event, Women Lighting the Way, was held at The J-Detroit in partnership with the Detroit Jewish Book Fair. Julie Satow, an award-winning journalist and author, discussed her new book, When Women Ran Fifth Avenue: Glamour and Power at the Dawn of American Fashion.
